Cataract Surgery

Cataract surgery removes the cloudy lens and replaces it with a clear artificial intraocular lens (IOL). It is an outpatient procedure with a typically fast recovery and significant visual improvement.

Upper & Lower Blepharoplasty

Eyelid surgery improves both functional and aesthetic concerns. It can enhance the visual field and facial appearance. This outpatient procedure can be performed on upper, lower, or all four eyelids during the same session.

Strabismus Correction

Strabismus surgery realigns the eye muscles to improve ocular alignment, depth perception, and overall visual function for both adults and children.

Ptosis Correction

Ptosis correction restores proper eyelid position to improve vision and aesthetics, typically using an outpatient surgical approach.

Surgery Pterygium

Pterygium is an abnormal growth of connective (benign) tissue on the surface of the eye, which can cause irritation and affect vision. Pterygium resection is an outpatient surgery that is performed under local anesthesia and substantially improves the appearance of the eye, removing this tissue precisely and safely.

Surgery Chalazion

It is a benign bump that forms on the eyelid due to the obstruction of a sebaceous gland called the meibomian gland. Although it is not a cyst, this bump can cause irritation, pain, and depending on the size, pressure on the eyeball. Chalazion surgery removes this injury permanently and safely. This procedure is outpatient, minimizes the risk of recurrences and improves the appearance of the eyelid.

Crosslinking

Corneal crosslinking is a treatment that aims to stabilize and strengthen the cornea and slow or stop the progression of keratoconus. It is also indicated in other types of ectasias or deformations of the corneal curvature.
In this procedure, ultraviolet light and riboflavin are used, which generates the appearance of new collagen bonds to strengthen the cornea, improving its quality.
It is an outpatient procedure, which also reduces the need for a corneal transplant and future complications.

Laser transescleral

Slow the progression of glaucoma with the Cyclo G6 laser system — a non-invasive therapy that requires no incisions or implants. This treatment uses the external micropulse method (probe), delivering gentle laser energy without causing tissue damage. Because of its safety and precision, the procedure can be repeated as needed to effectively manage glaucoma.

Intravitreal injection

An intravitreal injection is a medical procedure in which medication is injected directly into the eye, specifically into the vitreous — the gel-like substance that fills the center of the eye. This technique is commonly used to treat various retinal diseases, as the medication reaches the retina, the light-sensitive tissue at the back of the eye.

Eyelash electrolysis

It is a procedure that is performed to prevent abnormal eyelash growth from triggering very severe complications such as corneal ulcers, eye irritation, foreign body sensation, and tearing. If the condition is not treated, scarring of the cornea can occur and affect vision. This procedure uses heat and electrical current to destroy the hair follicle safely and is ambulatory.
